Our warehouses in China and North America will handle and ship your order. During sale and holiday seasons, your order might take some extra time to be processed. All orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Every order is processed within 3-5 business days from the order date. Every order is shipped the next day after it has been processed. We do not ship on weekends. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email. You might need to check your spam box in case it doesn’t get direct to your inbox. We use EMS or ePacket to ship packages from our warehouse in China. The shipping company used depends on the size and weight of the package. USPS is used to ship packages from our US warehouse.

Once the items have been shipped, we do not handle custom fees. When you purchase our products, you agree that at least one package has been shipped to you and they may get custom fees when they get to your country.
